- Lead Pastor
Pastor Luke has been a dedicated leader at Springwells Church since 2011 and took on the role of Lead Pastor in 2019. An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Pastor Luke is committed to guiding the church with a passion for biblical teaching and community outreach.

He and his wife, Grace, are both graduates of Evangel University, where they first met. Grace, who grew up in the church, leads both Kid Ministries and the Outreach Committee, nurturing the next generation and extending Christ's love beyond the church walls.

Pastor Luke and Grace, supported by their five children, strive to cultivate a church atmosphere that exalts Jesus and guides everyone towards a closer walk with Him.

- Worship Leader
Marcus and Jennifer moved to Dearborn after graduating from Hope College, bringing with them a deep love for worship and community. In 2012, Marcus stepped into the role of Worship Leader at Springwells Church, where he continues to lead the congregation in heartfelt worship. Together, Marcus and Jennifer are dedicated to creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God through praise.

- Discipleship Pastor

Paul serves as the Discipleship Pastor at Springwells Church, overseeing Sunday School and Life Groups with a focus on spiritual growth and discipleship. He attended Central Bible College and brings a wealth of experience and passion for helping others deepen their relationship with Christ and connect within the church community.

- Missions Director

Adrianna joined Springwells Church in 2019 and now leads our Missions Committee with a heart for global outreach and service. As a Licensed Minister and Missionary with the Assemblies of God, she is dedicated to spreading the Gospel and mobilizing the church for missions work, both locally and abroad. Adrianna's passion for missions inspires others to engage in fulfilling the Great Commission.

- Elders

Brian and Melody have been faithfully serving Springwells Church since 2014, contributing in various areas including Sunday School, Worship, Audio Visual, and the Missions Committee. As fully appointed Missionaries with the Assemblies of God, they bring a wealth of experience from many years of ministry prior to joining Springwells. Their passion for serving both the church and the broader mission field makes them an integral part of the leadership team.

- Elders & Administrator

Trey and Becky Hancock founded Springwells Church in their home in 2000 and have since dedicated their lives to its growth and development. They are deeply invested in the church's mission and vision. Becky serves as the church administrator and teaches the Kids Sunday School class. Both are graduates of Evangel University, where they met, and have committed their lives to ministry. Prior to moving to Dearborn in 1987 as fully appointed missionaries with the Assemblies of God, they served in various ministries across the country. Their enduring commitment and leadership continue to shape the heart of Springwells Church.
